HR Generalist - Site leader!

OPPORTUNITY:
Report to HR Manager in another facility. Provide generalist support to 150 employees. Areas of focus include employee relations, recruitment and talent management, new hire orientation, performance management, salary and benefits administration, and HRIS. Build relationships across the organization to facilitate an effective work culture. Manage one direct report.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA required. PHR preferred. 3
years of HR experience; prefer someone with experience in manufacturing. Looking for a self-starter who can work autonomously and support all areas of HR.
REWARD:
$65-70k base salary plus excellent benefits. Relocation assistance available.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
