General Responsibilities:
Established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician for its in-house Injection Mold Department -day shift (7P-7A, rotating schedule) operation located in Piqua, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess a 2-year degree in Plastics and / or 5 years related experience, knowledge of Injection Mold machines/presses and prior supervision experience in a fast paced environment. Overall Responsibility:
Supervise and direct all aspects of Injection molding department as directed by Molding Manager. To include process control, production runs, work order control, inventory transfers, quality control, mold setting and employee training.

Key areas of Responsibility:
Maintain established molding processes
Perform timed quality checks
Change molds in molding machines
Start injection molding machines within established guidelines
Troubleshoot injection molding processes within guidelines
Provide Operator training and follow-up
Provide Lead position training and follow-up
Provide Utility position training and follow-up
Other duties as assigned by Molding Manager

Consults with:
Must be able to interface in a professional manner with all departments, to include;

5 years of experience or 2 year degree in Plastics or related field
Must be able to obtain a fork lift operating license
Must be familiar with robots and robotic concepts
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Must be able perform required maintenance on injection molds

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
